Logging In
Navigate to the login page: https://login.five9.com/
Click the "login" button to initiate the process.
Select Agent.
Under Softphone, enter your Station ID. You can find your Station ID in the credentials sent to you via email.
Owners and Supervisors have access to your Organization's Station IDs.
The list of Station IDs is in the Dialer.io portal, click Settings > Team.
Station Check
During station check, you should hear 3 tones.
When updating any of the audio devices, remember to restart station.
