Mastering the In-App Dialer

Learn how to use the integrated dialer and its features.

Accessing the In-App Dialer

  • In the Dialer portal, click the headset icon and select Integrated Dialer.

  • Select Softphone and enter your Station ID. Download any necessary files.

  • In the Station Check, restart your station when you update any of the devices.

  • To start receiving leads, update the State to Ready (Voice, VM).

Owners and Supervisors have access to your Organization's Station IDs.

The list of Station IDs is in the Dialer.io portal, click Settings > Team.

Not Ready State

  • When you're in the Not Ready State, you can see the following options:

    • New Call - allows you to manually dial leads. Always select a campaign before manually dialing any lead.

    • Missed Calls - contains any missed calls and history.

    • Voicemail - contains any voicemail left by leads.

    • Reminders - allows you to set new reminders and view all existing ones in one convenient location.

    • Conversations - where you can view and manage your messages with other team members.

    • Add to DNC - allows you to add leads to the Do Not Call list.

Ready State

  • When a lead appears, you can review its details before making the call. The Preview time is set to 30 seconds but it can be adjusted upon request.

  • Click the note-taking icon to add notes during the call.

  • Be sure to set the disposition after you end the call.

  • Check for missed calls from the last seven days.

  • Access and listen to any voicemails.

  • Review reminders for follow-ups and scheduled callbacks.
