Accessing Ready State

  • To start receiving leads, update your State to Ready (Voice, VM).

Agent Portal Features

  • Use the Address Book to find your team members.

  • Use the Contact Manager to look for a specific lead or create a new contact. Within each contact, you have the option to create reminders and contact notes.

  • The message bubble icon lets you message your teammates.

  • The calendar icon allows you to set reminders, which you can link to relevant contacts and campaigns. You can also view all your reminders by clicking on it.

  • The help tool has guides and resources for further assistance.
