Chrome usually updates itself automatically whenever you close and reopen your browser. However, if you haven't restarted Chrome in a while, you may notice a pending update notification.
Step 1. On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, You will see a note "New Chrome Available".

Step 2. When you left-click on it, you will be prompted to relaunch to finish the Google Chrome update.
To update Google Chrome:
Step 1. On your computer, open Chrome.
Step 2. At the top right, click More .
Step 3. Click Help About Google Chrome.
Step 4. Click Update Google Chrome.
Note: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version.
Chrome is installing updates:
Chrome is already on the latest version:
Step 5. Click Relaunch.
Once the relaunch is done, you will get a notification that states "Your Chrome is up to date".
Note: The browser saves your open tabs and windows and reopens them automatically when it restarts. Your Incognito windows won't reopen when Chrome restarts. If you prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will be applied.
For Microsoft Edge:
Step 1. Launch Microsoft Edge.
Step 2. Click on the three dots or menu icon in the top right corner of the window.
Step 3. Select the Settings option from the drop-down menu.
Step 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the left pane and click on About Microsoft Edge.
NOTE: Edge will now automatically scan for newer versions and automatically apply the latest updates if any are found.
Step 5. Close all the open browsers, and re-launch a new browser window.
Step 6. Log in to Five9 and re-launch the application.
Still Not Working? Try These:
Use a different browser, like Edge, Firefox, or Safari for isolation. If it works on these browsers, uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome.
Test on a mobile hotspot to rule out network issues.
Check firewall settings to ensure Five9’s required ports are open. See Five9 Network Requirements Guide for complete port and domain details.
