How do I remove leads from the Dialer?(CSV)

Learn how to delete leads via the Portal.

TL;DR

  • The the CSV file must adhere to the following format: The header must be "Number," and all phone numbers must be in international format, containing only digits and the plus sign (+). No other characters are allowed.

  • Go to Settings > Lists. Select the correct list, and click Manage Leads.

  • From the Action menu, select REMOVE FROM LIST. Upload CSV.


You can delete leads using Zapier/Make, but you can also delete them via the Portal.

  1. Create a CSV file with the header "Number." The header is used to identify the data correctly, so make sure to follow it. The phone number must follow the international format and should only contain the plus sign (+) as a special character. Spaces, parentheses, and dashes should be removed beforehand.

  2. Go to Settings > Lists.

  3. Select the correct list, and click Manage Leads.

  4. From the Action menu, select REMOVE FROM LIST.

  5. Upload the CSV file and click Upload.

  6. Wait for a confirmation message.
