Buying Numbers
Complete the registration, navigate to your Avatar > Settings > Integrations > STIR/SHAKEN.
STIR/SHAKEN is a framework that verifies outbound calls are actually coming from the number displayed on the recipient's screen. Carriers use it to assign a trust level to calls: verified calls are more likely to go through and be answered, while unverified ones risk being flagged as spam or blocked outright.
Registering your business ensures your calls carry this verification, directly improving your answer rates.
Navigate to Settings > Numbers and click the Buy Numbers button.
Search by State or Area Code.
Note: US numbers only are available for purchase during the beta release. Support for additional countries will be added in future updates.
Select a Quantity and click Buy Numbers. You can buy up to 10 numbers at a time. Repeat these steps to buy more.
Allocating Numbers
To assign a number to an agent, filter the list by Capability > Voice (Manual). Click the ⋯ icon next to the number and select Assign Number.
Choose an agent and click Assign. Only users with granted agent access (Lite Agent or Core Agent) will appear in the list.
To free up a number, click Unassign Number.
To remove a number from your organization's account entirely, click Release Number.
