How to Reset Your Five9 Password
If you are unable to log into your Five9 account, follow these steps to reset your password.
Step 1: Access the Login Page
1. Go to the Dialer dashboard.
2. Then Click on your User Initials (e.g., "MG") located in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
3. From the dropdown menu, select My Profile.
Step 2: Initiate Password Reset
1. Once on the "My Profile" page, locate the Password section.
2. Click the “Reset Password” button.
Step 3: Verify Password Requirements
Ensure your new password meets the following security criteria:
At least 8 characters long.
Contains at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z).
Contains at least 1 number (0-9).
Contains at least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*).
Cannot contain parts of your email address.
Cannot be easily guessable (e.g., "password123").
Step 4: Enter Your New Password
1. In the Password field, enter your desired new password.
2. Note: You can click the Eye Icon in the text box to toggle visibility and ensure accuracy.
3. Then click Update Password.
Step 5: Log Back Into Five9
1. Once your password is reset, return to the Five9 login page.
2. Enter your Username and new Password.
3. Click “Log In” to access your account.
