TL;DR
Do you need to remove a phone number from ANI rotation? You can use the portal to make this change.
Go to Settings > Numbers.
Find the phone number.
Click the three-dot icon and click Edit.
Click the toggle button to disable and click Save.
Navigate to Settings and select Numbers
Find the desired phone number to remove from ANI rotation
Use the search bar to enter the phone number you want to remove from ANI rotation or scroll down to the list of numbers.
Once the number is located, disable the number for ANI rotation by moving the slider to the left.
Updating the ANI
Click the toggle button to disable the phone number from ANI rotation and click Save. A grey-colored toggle button indicates that it is set to disable.
A confirmation message will appear on the bottom-right corner of your screen afterwards.
