TL;DR
Do you need to review a call you just made? Or a call your agent has made? You can use the portal to download the call recording from start to finish.

Go to Reporting > Dials
Find your desired call
Download and listen to your call recording.
Navigate to Reporting and Select Dials
Find your desired call
You can use the search bar and search using name or phone number and select the ellipses button to open a dropdown menu.
Downloading a Call
Click on the three-dot button to the right-hand side and an option to download call should appear.
The call will then be downloaded. The file will be named after its CALL ID.
