How do I add my script to the Dialer?

Guide on adding a script to the dialer using Google Docs, including publishing, sharing, and submitting the script for agent access.

Yes, you can add a script to the dialer. To do so, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Create and Share Your Script

  1. Open your script in Google Docs.

  2. Navigate to File > Share > Publish to Web.

  3. A pop-up will appear.

  4. Go to the Embed tab and copy the entire iframe link.
    ​

  5. Ensure the document's sharing settings are set to public.
    ​


Step 2: Submit Your Script

Once you have the iframe snippet, reach out to support and provide them with the link so they can attach your script to the dialer.


Step 3: Viewing the Script

Your agents will see a Script tab in their Dialing Window. When they navigate to it, the script will be displayed automatically.

Note: You can only navigate to the script tab when you've initiated the call. It will be unavailable during the preview time.
